1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "bwm5," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR license, accessible at https://bwm5.cam and related domains.
• "User," "you," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the bwm5 platform and services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with bwm5.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, and functionalities provided by bwm5, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and promotional offerings.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by bwm5 to Players.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's bwm5 Account to their designated payment method.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's payment method into their bwm5 Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bwm5. By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the bwm5 website. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, or any subsequent modifications thereto, you must immediately cease using the bwm5 platform and close your Account by contacting customer support.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use bwm5 Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not currently excluded or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

bwm5 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Creation

To access bwm5 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all Accounts and confiscation of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, and activities.

3.3 Account Verification

bwm5 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or payment method verification before being permitted to withdraw funds. The verification process typically requires submission of:

1. Valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID);
2. Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months);
3. Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement, or credit card photo with middle digits obscured).

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bwm5 may result in Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods available on the bwm5 platform, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier section. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bwm5 Account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. bwm5 reserves the right to request proof of funds or source of wealth documentation if suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account verification has been successfully completed;
• Minimum withdrawal amount requirements are met (typically ₱100 for e-wallets);
• All bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled;
• The Account is not subject to any ongoing investigation or dispute.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for verified Accounts, though GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5-30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. bwm5 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction.

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at bwm5's discretion.

4.3 Fees and Charges

bwm5 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, and currency conversion charges may apply for transactions not conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment providers or financial institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bwm5 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

Bonus terms typically include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limitations, and withdrawal caps. Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements must be wagered ₱30,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bwm5 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular wagering patterns designed to manipulate bonus terms, and collusive play with other Players. Any Player suspected of bonus abuse will have their Account investigated and may face penalties including bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and Account closure.

5.3 Promotional Changes

bwm5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional change, Players will be bound by the terms in effect at the time they claimed the bonus.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by bwm5 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated by bwm5 or any Player. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the bwm5 platform has specific rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bwm5 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or play games;
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft;
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other Players or staff.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

bwm5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Wagering limits;
• Session time limits;
• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent);
• Reality checks and activity statements.

Players experiencing gambling-related problems are encouraged to seek help from professional organizations such as PAGCOR's responsible gaming program or international organizations like Gamblers Anonymous. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact our customer support team to discuss self-exclusion options.

Self-excluded Players will have their Accounts closed and will be prevented from creating new Accounts for the specified exclusion period. Any attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bwm5 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game designs, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of bwm5 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bwm5 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content found on the bwm5 platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use of bwm5 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bwm5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or Account balance due to Player error or unauthorized Account access;
• Technical failures, software errors, or platform downtime;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Costs of procuring substitute services.

bwm5's aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and bwm5, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint via email to [email protected].

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine law in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, bwm5 is also subject to oversight by PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, which Players may access for unresolved complaints.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and fulfillment of any outstanding wagering requirements.

bwm5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected;
• Required verification documents are not provided within specified timeframes;
• You are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Services;
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period;
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

Upon Account termination for breach of Terms, bwm5 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance and refuse future registration.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be brought in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bwm5 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and arrangements.

12.4 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
